The Problem we aim to solve is simple
Remove time-consuming busy work managing Vendor/ Supplier Invoices that takes us away from the things we love.
From our own experiences and listening to people like us, we discovered we all had the same complaints:
- Manually entering information sucks – it takes lots of time and we end up with errors and missing information (and we happen to be really bad typists, so this is a really big deal for us!)
- Logging into multiple systems to get the information we need.
- Downloading, cutting, copying, pasting, editing, uploading, building out graphs, charts, etc.,etc. you get the picture.
We want everything in one location, automatically (automagically) and an easy way to find things fast!
Why we created eMerge
We looked around to see if someone had already built an automated invoice matching solution. The only solutions we found were partial solutions, and they are only for large companies with price tags to match. There were no solutions for the majority of customers out there…the small to medium sized company – people like you. We did find a lot of cool software out there…some managed the first steps of winning a job, and others managed the client billing, but nothing in the middle.
